The Trail Riders Breakfast
Enjoy a wonderful buffet of assorted danish and pastries, fresh fruit, juice, water, soft drinks, and coffee.

The Cowboy Breakfast
There is no better way to start the day than with a hearty breakfast. This buffet includes fresh fruit, biscuits with gravy, our signature cowboy frittata (egg, cheese & vegetable casserole), sausage or bacon, juice, water, soft drinks, and coffee.

The Santa Fe Sack Lunch
The perfect option for those who want to grab something in a hurry so they will have more time to enjoy the Museum. Includes sandwich of your choice (ham, turkey or roast beef) with a flavored mayonnaise accompaniment, potato chips, fresh fruit, and cookie or dessert bar, plus your choice of water, soft drink, tea, and coffee, all served in a Booth Museum logo bag.

Stagecoach Buffet
A light alternative for those anticipating an afternoon of strolling the Museum galleries. This scrumptious buffet includes gourmet mandarin chicken salad, mango tuna salad, garden pasta salad, assorted fruit tray, bread & cracker tray, seasonal dessert and your choice of water, soft drink, tea, or coffee.

Nelly Cashman Luncheon
For a more formal luncheon, try this delightful alternative served on bone china with table linens. Includes a mix of spring greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles & red onion, grilled breast of chicken with white wine cream sauce, roasted seasoned potatoes, sautéed vegetables, dinner rolls, seasonal dessert, soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.

The Sacajawea Buffet
For a wonderful evening event, try this buffet dinner option. Includes tossed mixed green salad, choice of chicken and beef combo or chicken and fish combo, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetable medley, dinner rolls, choice of seasonal desserts, soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.

The Cattle Barron’s Dinner
The ultimate Museum dining experience your guests will be talking about months later. Start off with our mixed field greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles & red onion, followed by your choice of beef, chicken or fish with a signature gourmet sauce, plus garlic or horseradish whipped potatoes, haricot vert (sautéed green beans), dinner rolls, seasonal dessert, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and water, all served on bone china with table linens.

The Gathering
The perfect way to entertain your group before or after a visit to the galleries is with a fruit and cheese reception. This buffet style set-up includes assorted fruit & cheeses, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee.

Doc Holliday Sampler
For a truly memorable gathering, choose this option as a light dinner or heavy appetizer. This buffet option includes assorted fruit & cheese tray, honey ham & cream cheese finger sandwiches, artichoke & bacon dip or Mexican cheese dip with tri-colored tortilla chips, southwestern chicken roll-ups, bourbon meatballs or mini pork tenderloin sandwiches, vegetable crudité, assorted dessert bars, soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.
