Cowboy Poetry Gathering Saturday, March 10, 2012, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday, March 11, 2012, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Enjoy art activities especially for children, listen to music contests on Saturday and listen to the finalists in the Writing Through Art Literary Contest recite their narrative and cowboy poetry on Sunday. Booth Birthday Party & Member Appreciation Day August 25, 2012, 10:30 am – 3:30 pm Celebrate the Booth’s 8th Birthday with a day full of activities including continuous entertainment in the Booth Theatre, art activities throughout the building, and a free lunch for members. Cowboy Festival and Symposium October 25-28, 2012 On Saturday, October 27, and Sunday, October 28, enjoy activities especially for children in Cowpoke Corner such as pony rides, face painting, horse shoes, calf roping, horse painting, and more. Breakfast with Santa, Children’s Saturday & Christmas Shopping December 8, 2012,  9:00 am – 2:00 pm Members and guests are invited to have breakfast with Cowboy Santa and Mrs. Claus in the Booth Ballroom from 9:00 to 11:00 am  Breakfast tickets are $10 for children 12 and under, $15 for Booth members, and $25 for not-yet members, including admission. From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, a holiday ornament activity for children will be offered in the Booth sculpture court. Throughout the day, special sales will be offered in the Museum Store.  Cowboy Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be available for picture taking in the Museum Store from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm.
