Painting Legacy Badge Workshop
The Booth Western Art Museum invites Brownie Scouts to discover the colors of the rainbow and fun shapes through exciting art projects, a tour of the Booth Museum, and a visit to Sagebrush Ranch. Girls will create beautiful projects and gain confidence in their artistic skills. The adult facilitators, mostly professional teachers, provide excellent tips and directions. Brownies attending will connect with other Brownies to talk about their artistic creations. The event starts at the Booth Western Art Museum and then Brownies will walk a block to the Booth Art Academy in the TRC building, to make the hands-on art activities. The Painting Legacy Badge is not included.  Please bring a packed lunch.

Drawing Legacy Badge Workshop
The Booth Western Art Museum invites Junior Girl Scouts to participate in a program designed to help each girl find the artist hidden within. The event begins with a tour of the Booth Museum's collection followed by sessions on color, shading, shapes, and perspective all led by professional teachers. The program features ample hands-on opportunities for the budding artist to create their own works of art and discover their strengths and favorite methods. Girls will connect with the world of Western Art as they explore the different techniques and mediums used by other artists. The workshop starts at the Booth Western Art Museum; Girl Scouts will then walk a block to the Booth Art Academy in the TRC building to make the hands-on art activities. The girls will complete the requirements for the Drawing Legacy Badge. Badge is not included.   Please bring a packed lunch.

Pottery Skill Building Badge Workshop
Come to the Booth Art Academy and discover the fun of ceramics! During this program you will team with other Girl Scouts and create fun pottery projects planned to help you earn your Pottery Skill Building Badge. You will learn basic pottery techniques and then challenge yourself to make pieces to fire in the kiln. Troop leaders will need to make arrangements to pick up the fired pieces approximately 2-3 weeks later. The Pottery Skill Building Badge is not included.  Please bring a packed lunch.
